Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data only through the contact form:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Organization name (optional)
• Contact message

We do not automatically collect data through tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools.

Purpose of Processing

The data collected is used exclusively to:

• Respond to commercial inquiries submitted through the contact form
• Prepare proposals or demonstrations of the Service

We do not use the data for unsolicited marketing nor share it with third parties.

Video Data (Service Clients)

For clients who subscribe to Puraxis Vision, video clips are automatically processed by artificial intelligence systems. These clips:

• Are retained for the period configured by the client in the system
• Are automatically and permanently deleted when that period expires
• Are not viewed, shared or transferred to third parties by the Owner

Clips are stored on Cloudflare R2 (Cloudflare, Inc.) and analyzed using the Google Gemini API (Google LLC). Both act as data processors under their own privacy policies. Access to clips is provided through signed URLs with a 15-minute expiration.

The client is responsible for complying with the privacy regulations applicable in their jurisdiction regarding the use of surveillance cameras and the processing of images of individuals.

Legal Basis for Processing

Data processing is based on the User's consent when submitting the contact form, and on the Owner's legitimate interest in responding to commercial inquiries.

Data Retention

Contact form data is retained only for as long as necessary to manage the inquiry. If no commercial relationship is established, data is deleted once the inquiry becomes inactive or upon the User's request.

User Rights

The User has the right to:

• Access their personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Request deletion of their data
• Object to the processing of their data

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.

Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated periodically. The current version will always be available at puraxis.ai/legal/privacy. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients.
