Terms and Conditions of Puraxis Vision

Introduction

These Terms govern the use of this Application and any other Agreement or legal relationship with the Owner in a legally binding way. The User must read this document carefully.

Description of the Service

Puraxis Vision is an AI-powered automated video analysis service. The Application receives video clips generated by the User's own camera infrastructure, analyzes them automatically, and sends alerts when relevant events are detected according to the User's configuration.

The Service does NOT include:

  • Installation, configuration or maintenance of cameras or recording equipment
  • Local network or storage infrastructure
  • Real-time human monitoring
  • A guarantee of 100% event detection

The User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining their own camera infrastructure compatible with the Service.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide and maintain their own camera infrastructure
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of surveillance cameras in their jurisdiction
  • Obtain any necessary consents from individuals captured by their cameras
  • Correctly configure the system within their network
  • Ensure their use of this Application does not violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party rights

Subscription and Payments

The Service is offered under a monthly subscription model based on the plan selected by the User. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the Service.

Current pricing is published on puraxis.ai and may be updated with 30 days prior notice.

Video Retention and Privacy

Video clips are processed and temporarily retained according to the period configured by the User within the system. The User may adjust this period at any time from their dashboard. Once the configured period expires, clips are automatically and permanently deleted.

The Owner does not sell, share or transfer video content to any third party.

Limitation of Liability

The Owner shall not be liable for:

  • Damages resulting from events not detected by the system
  • Service interruptions caused by factors outside the Owner's control
  • Misuse of the Service by the User or third parties
  • Decisions made by the User based on the system's analysis output

The Service is provided "as is" and does not replace certified security systems.

General Provisions

Service Interruption

The Owner reserves the right to interrupt the Service for maintenance or updates, informing Users appropriately. The Service may not be available due to force majeure events.

Service Reselling

Users may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of this Application without the Owner's express prior written permission.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to this Application are the exclusive property of the Owner and are subject to the protection granted by applicable laws.

Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. No refunds will be issued for already-billed periods. Access to the Service will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Changes to These Terms

The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, informing Users with 30 days prior notice via email. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute will be resolved before the ordinary courts of the province of Mendoza.
